Squeezy nite out at Zouk

Had quite alot of fun, free drinks, free Gatsby moving rubber and songs to go along at Gatsby moving rubber launch last nite at Zouk. But it was far too crowded like any other day at Zouk, and phuture was way way overloaded.. Remembered the nite i worked there. Tinking of it, i understand why i quit. Haha. But was wif Yik how, he was really trying to enjoy himself wif the gals ard, but i spoilt the nite by wanting to leave early. Sorry! Oh ya. We saw Jasen at the event.. Hi Jasen! Long time no see le:) and on our way, we saw jun jiang. Wanted to meet Jasen but he disappeared again... Mayb we will only meet again in 4 years time..(coz the last i saw him was 4 yrs ago...) So hard to meet there friends nowadays.. Coz we always stick to the same old group! Suddenly got the urge to go back to clubbing scene again.. Hmm. Mayb mos or clinic or butter factory... Anyone?

The title says it all! Yeah! I'm enjoying the party right here at cafe del mar. Right now Soda green is performing on stage. They are a great band, and later on, there's gary Cao ge! Its my paper's 1st birthday party!

Healthy tan!

Yup. I'm getting darker by the shade. And i hope to get even darker. But i seriously hope my skin doesn't peel! Ouch. I went to get my 1st indoor tan at bugis today. My! Am i much more brown now! And oh ya, i saw Julian Hee yesterday at the tanning parlour yesterday! I was so Stunned that i forgot to ask him for a photo or signature! Argh! Nvm. I shall go back to tan regularly in hope to see him! Haha. Hope my tan will turn out to be nice and Sexy* Ooh! *for ur info, each indoor tanning last 15 mins, and is almost equal to 3 hours in real hot sun.. But very expansive la.

Cherry cheese cake

Yup. Tis lovely cheese cake is made by me. And it does not require baking at all! Its really nice, relatively healthy, and a fantastic dessert. It only take 10 mins to make, then leave in freezer for 2 hours. Simple! And u can make variants to it! Wow. This was made by me together wif vinc for our 1yr 1 month anniversary. Thank u dar.

Younger miloboi

A new hair cut after almost 3 months, more style, look younger and definitely cooler. The temperature these few days have been scorching. Ooh! Sweating like hell. But the humidity only make me wan2 stay at home to sleep in air con comfort. Hopefully can find one day to go relax, chill, swim and enjoy the sun. Yeah. Any body wants to go sentosa? Hehe. Or who wan2 go swimming? Sms jio me leh. Dun mind showing u my extra fats! Haha.

Never considered buying there seaweed to snack. But my colleague bot a big pack, so i decided to steal a pack. Hehe. Quite nice, long time no eat le. Thinking back to primary school, 1 packet 10 cents. Haha. Those were the days.

Yup. Its all over. I'm officially 21 and the party lights have faded. Back to Isaac now! First, i want to thank all those friends and relatives who turned up and for all your presents. I must tell u that u guys are great. Thank you for ur time and effort! I apologise that i did not have the time and opportunity to greet each person individually, and the whole place was too hot. Sorry i might not have been a good host and there might b some hiccups. But i want to thank all for being there and ur invaluable gifts. Yeah!!! Well, this IS getting so so EXCITING!! Yeah! Haha. Its just 20 days more to my ultimate 21st birthday bash. still in the midst of finalising details such as buffet menus and budget preparations. but have been happy with the replies so far. well, my invitations have been sent to some 94 ppl already, and the replies have been rather positive. am really excited about it. yepz.. JC friends, secondary school friends, army friends form the bulk of my guests, and not forgetting my relatives and current colleagues. its definitely gonna be a PURE&SEXY extravaganza. Food, drinks, bbq, games, and little prizes awaits all attendees. Yep!

And many ppl have been troubled by wat to get for me for presents. well, as thick skin as i've always have been, i shall come out wif my BIRTHDAY WISH LIST part 1! Heh heh! Its just for reference ya, its ok if u wana get me other tings u tink i will like. i WILL love them. most important ting to make me happy is to see u at the party and be dressed in BLACK*WHITE. Yup. This is my notes. Have been studying and attending lectures for the past week for this new job i started last tuesday. So sianz. Me now working at sp services call centre. Really lo, singapore got all sorts of ppl. But at least i'm working at orchard. It now really is my second home.

The beaches in singapore are not really that inaccessible. But whether we take the little trouble to go enjoy it, that is another case. While busy preparing for my Bday party, i really wish that i would have time to be with my friends at the chalet to go to the beach and reminisce. Those were the days..

I feel very privilege to be able to enjoy such a feast. And i also like to say hi to farhana, also a 4A member, thanks for ur reply, haven't seen u for so long. One day muz meet up wif the rest of the 4A peeps. Haha. Very touched, coz i tot no one except a few close friends reads my Blog. .Touched. *weeps* Haha.

新年大团圆

咱们励进中学的一群好友在大年初三着一日聚在一块儿,到同学们的家去拜年.到了傍晚时分,我们一同到了同学之一,jian rong的家享用了一顿非常丰富的晚餐,包括了美味的白斩鸡饭,味道十足的叉烧,口感一流的疏菜,新鲜美味的叁岜以及黑胡椒虾,一尾鲜甜又入味的红石斑,和我最爱吃的铁板豆腐.这一餐令我对他刮目相看,也使我对他佩服得五体投地.非常谢谢jian rong为我们准备了这一餐.

so exciting, coz its time for me to enjoy myself this coming days and enjoy good food, good drinks and good money.. haha.. all ppl "donating" to my birthday fund, please "donate" generously.. wahaha...

had reunion dinner with my mummy.. which is kinda pointless since all the time dinner is juz wif my mummy, wahaha.. but i think i am uber excited this new year, coz i've grown to be a thinking person, yup.. and i know the importance of new year more.. quite sad right, after 21 years le then realise.. but i shall take this opportunity to change myself, to become a better person, change bad habits, and develop into a mature and grown up man..

next, i've been thinking of games to play during my birthday.. if u have any good ideas for party games, please dun hesitate to leave me a comment, ya..

yesterday, i went shopping again for new year clothes.. wahaha.. yup.. i did mention tht i have enuff clothes, but me being isaac, i can't simply stop shopping.. wahaha.. so i went to look for more clothes and some new year necessities.. i went to vivo and saw this really smart shirt which is orange in colour at crocodile.. so tempted to buy, but me no enuff money worx.. haiz.. but i still managed to buy this light orange-pink-peach coloured nice shirt from domanchi.. so proud of myself..

so from tomorrow, i will be wearing all new things worx.. from new shirts to new berms, new socks to new boxers... new earrings to new bag.. so excited.. but i've not decided wat to wear yet.,. haiz~

shall take some money from ang pow money to buy somethings after newyear, and start shopping for clothes to wear for the ultimate chalet party of the year.. fianlly, i've been wanting to organise somethings for 21 years le, finally its my turn.. ppl, enjoy ya..

New haircut

Have got to have a new hair cut for new year, although it is really expansive to cut hair during this period of time. I went to the salon today and told my stylist that i needed to cut my hair. If saw my hair, which i have not cut for 2 months and said, finally long already ah. But still not nice, muz trim. Yep, since in army so long newer have a proper hair do. Haha. At least now can grow longer and add some colours le. I asked him to trim it and give me something easy to style, so he cut this. I think its still quite cool, short and smart. Better than an exploding hair i don't know was i can do with.

relieving the old chestnut tree...

went to Huting's 21st birthday yesterday at hometeamns adventure centre at bt batok.. it was really fun and touching. even zhiwei came lor.. and all her friends and family, seeing the scene makes me all so excited about my own birthday party, which is approx 2 months aways. wow.. time really flies..

21 seems like a magical number, it really shows that a person has grown up, and now holdd the keys to his/her own future. i really dunno how my own party would turn up. hopefully it will be an emotionally charged day. me still settlings certain things like the theme of the party and my invitations list, and would be starting to send my invites 1.5 mths before the event. and hope that all my distinguished guests would dress up for the occasion and party with me.

talking about guest list, i was informing all my chestnut friends about the event, and hoping that they will sieve time out to party with me. as said, my chestnuts friends are the ones who really i have spent the most wonderful time of my 20 plus years with, they are the ones who makes everything so fun and exciting. and hearing that some of them are trying to plan to take off to attend makes me feel additionally touched. there are really some people whom i really haven't seen for a really really long time and i hope to have them honour my event, as well as some busy people whom i hope will take time off to grace the party. so exciting..

all my friends and relatives who gets the invite for this party, please take time to attend it okay. it is a way i want to thank you for being there in my life. as for those who I may have accidentally left out, if you have not received an invite by end of march, please do not hesitate to give me an sms.

gong xi gong xi??

i went to Chinatown to join in the hustle and bustle of shopping for stuffs as well as soak in the lunar new year atmosphere. Haha. i tot i was prety crazy doing that. i went with my cousin and aunty. it was quite enjoyable going thru the crowded streets, squeezing with different people, hearing the chinese new year songs as well as the loud shoutings.. new year is really close, in just 1 week's time.. whoa..

anyway, i got to catch a glimpse of the "fountain later display", where water was splashing up into the air near a stage in the middle of New Bridge Road and Eu Tong Sen Street, forming a lovely water screen, and then there was laser display, showing lucky chinese new year greetings as well as lovely images of pigs and fireworks.. quite cheapo actually.. doesn't look exactly perfectly crafted. but the wind was strong, so the water splashed quite far actually, flet some water myself.. "yao shuai ah", got luck lor.. coz mater is luck mah.. haha..

But i think this year chinatown has cut down alot on selling traditional new year goodies like cookies, preserved was meat and spring flowers le, mainly the stores were selling new decorations in all shapes and sizes and colours, as well as toys and ornaments, not forgetting international foodies.. haiz~ its more like a giant fun and street fair (aka Pasar malam la), instead of the good old chinese new year feel..

miss the times people played traditional chinese new year songs, selling purely new year goodies, and the shoutings.. lao ban bu zai, dong xi pian yi mai (boss not around, things are sold cheaply) has even upgraded to CEO bu zai, dong xi luan luan song (CEO isn't around, will give free gives whenever possible).. high class liao lo.. upgrade le lor..

looking forward to chinese new year this year.. dunno why.. really anxious.. 21 years le.. make it a special one ya..

Really miss the secondary school day and maybe the jc days minus the politics. The innocent and dun days we had. I really look forward to go to uni, make more new friends, real friends. New year coming worx.. busy busy ah..!!

I find that i have been both very fickle minded as well as forgetful these days.. so worrying.. and not forgetting my sudden bouts of "dazes".. really scary lor.. These 2 days i have been "xian ru yi du kong jian" again, not knowing wat has happened. and presumably during these periods of time i do some really weird things that i completely do not noe what i did or am doing.

but back to the ficklemindedness and forgetfulness.. here are two case in points:

fickleminded: I was surfinf the web these days in a lookout for cheap bargains of new year clothes and am especially looking in online got any abercrombie clothes that i am interested in, or a certain nice imitation ed hardy cap or even a nice Bape tee or hoodie.. but i juz can't make up my mind on wat i want! i want this today, then i decide to bid for it on the auction site tmr.. then tmr i come and see then i dun want le.. then i go shopping at orchard and marina today, then i see one thing i like, but decide to compare with some other ting, then in the end all dun want.. haiz~ i really dunno wat i want, maybe its because i'm thrifty and dun want or dun have so much money to spent.. but now i'm tied on wat to wear for new year this year.. haha.. i still wana buy more.. i got enuf new shirts to wear from 1st to 15th day of new year le lo.. wahaha.. now i'm tied between buying this purple shirt of similar designs from NewUrbanMale.com ($80.90) or Zara ($59.90).. how.. num got the words on the chest, zara dun have.. which one more worth huh..

forgetful: i was supposed to do a whole list of things but instead i slept through most of the time..was suppose to creat song list for Huiting's 21st birthday, but until now haven't got down to it. was suppose to save money for some people's bday presents and vday presents.. but forgot, now in financial crisis.. was suppose to add my cousin Carolyn to my friendster, but forgot, till she reminded me.. was suppose to attend lessons at TheatreWorks, but forgot, end up missing several lessons, now kena.. haiz~

hope situations will improve in the few days to come, and that i will not waste too much time le.. no time liao no time liao.. new year and v-day coming.. muz ba wo shi jian.. hope i will continue to enjoy shopping this few days, though budget very the tiight la..

but seriously hor, money really important lo.. without money alot of tings cannot do.. can't indulge in shopping.. haioz~

btw, my bday party is more or less fixed le, its from 13-15th April, with the main party on 14th evening. but i really do hope most of my closer friends can come by on the 13th nite then we can play and have fun, although i understand that it is during exam periods for university, but take 2 days out for fun and games also not that bad ma, hors..

i plan to make it a really happening party, with some fun games that might need people to put some effort to play and maybe a lucky draw.. yup.. it is my birthday but u guys will get the freebies.. yeah! it will be a celebration of our friendship lo, so as long as u are my friend, this will be the time i showed u my appreciation for being there with me all thses years.. yup..

me now busy working to pay for the food and the other tings that are necessary.. haiz~ take it as an appreciation to my friends, i dun mind splurging on this party lor..

my cousin helped me got a chalet at changi aloha le, other than ample space for guests, there are also ample room for ultimate mahjong indulgence.. haha.. so look for ward to the party ya.. more updates will be posted gradually...

as for valentine's day, haiz~ so near le, but my budget really dieing off le.. how!! can't really splurge le, but must make it a memorable v day still, coz its our first. haha. and its before new year.. it is in 1 weeks time.. really gotta think and plan and prepare for it le.. haiz~

and the winner of project superstar 2 is....

after 5 gruelling months of intense competition, the final overall winner of Project SuperStar 2 has emerged. Daren Tan Tze Wei, the cutie whom i served on my only day at work at Zouk Phuture on 20th December, wahahaa, was crowned the eventual winner of the tightly fought match. While most of the guys in Singapore got excited over the Lion's win against the Thai soccer team, most of Singapore's girls and many guys who lurve music anticipated the crowning of Singapore's second superstar, which has created larger waves than its predecessor, a certain local English talent competition.

so news reporting right.. wahaha.. but it was definitely a very close match lo. The performances was wow-worthy, and the two really shone brightly. i was especially impressed by Daren's first song, Ni Kuai Le Suo Yi Wo Kuai Le. Although the judges showed their preferences after each round, it was actually quite hard for an audience on the ground to differentiate the two's ability. Diya also rocked lor. really. being live at the indoor stadium, i needed to take a side, but actuall, i support them both from the bottom of my heart.

My heartiest congratulations to my idol, Daren, and all the best too to Diya.

Oh yah, actaully, on the overall votes right, here was how the judges voted:

super busy day

Today is going to be a real hectic day. but got a certain surprise, so can't really announce it now, if not no longer a surprise le. Today i'm going to help celerate soemone's belated birthday. Wahaha.. LAO LE!! Got another friend turned 21 le.. OMG. My turns comin soon, but the closer it gets, the more heck i get about it. haha. ok la, still a lil enthu about the party lo. 2 and 1/2 months to my party, yeah!!

By right today should be my orientation work day at Sentosa de. Yup. Me working at sentosa. But haven't start yet la. But i got so many programmes up my sleeves i decided to postpone my work orientation, haha.. Friends and family more important.

Tonight will be going for a steamboat dinner at marina south with my cousins. Yup, those which i haven't been close to... btw, i suddenly feel a close affection with them.. actually, i'm not even exactly that close to ANY of my cousins except the one i grew up with.Hmm. Watever. But excited to go dinner with them lo, got a special feeling. And get to know more about them, and they are closer to my age la, so i think can communicate better, without the older generations (aunties and uncles) around to disturb me..

But there lies the biggest obstacle. I am down with a serious flu, feeling really horrid. The water just jkeeps flowing.. Hope to recover soon. Haiz~

DAREN VS DIYA. Project SuperStar 2 Finals. It is indeed a really tough competition. Really hope Daren will win! Shiwei, jia you! But to me actually diya win oso okay. but i prefer Daren. So shuai!!

Hope my busy day will gpo throught nicely and hope i will enjoy the concert by Daren and Diya tmr. And start work at Sentoa soon. Hahaha!!!!

preparations for my 21st birthday

yeah! yeah! so fast worx, going to be 21 le. really excited. me am in the midst of planning for a grand, and i do mean GRAND bday bash, most prob at the chalet at hometeam bt batok there.. nearby wat. haha. and there will gonna be lotsa cool food and great pumping music to keep all u guys un tertained. and to my cousins, muz bring ur cute little kids wor, haha, to add some fun to my party.. more details will be out kinda soon, will contact u again. yeah.

Haha. Its been a long time since i last photo blogged. This is a picture i took at countdown 2007 from vivo city. I was right in front lo. Got to countdown wif julian hee and daren tan from pss2 is probably the best thing to happen to me. It represents a good start to the new year! Haha. New style. Actually people have seen it before. But i'm not exactly sure if it is really me. Now i'm sure. Revealing the isaac that i'm most comfortable wif now. Fashion is me. Who says tipping the weighing scale mean's i've got to compromise on looking good.
