:: weight check 001 ::

its been an amazing 3.5 weeks since i started out my weight loss program
and although i started with a "dream/desire"
(a relatively unbelievable target)
or 5kg within 3 weeks
and now, i can confirm tt i've not reached it
(to put bluntly, i've failed, quite miserably..

but the consolation is
i've indeed lost some (like really little) weight
and i've gotten into the good habit of sports
and gymming at least 4 times a week
(each session 1 hr, no less..)

arms, legs, total body, circuit, cardio..
and so its goes..

here's the results for stage one..

date started: 30/09/08
weight started: 105.5kg

date today: 23/10/08
weight today: 101.6kg

total weight loss to date: 3.9kg

ok la..
2 things..
one is i dun quite believe the weighing scale at fitness first millenia walk
coz everytime i take the weight like damn low..
so it might not be accurate
though it sures makes me feel pleased, happy and "zhan zhan zi xi.."
haha..

next..
my cut carbo diet is going very well
but i need to work more on it to sustain
no stealing sweet food and rice every two-three days
and try to cut down on the salad dressings as n when possible..
must resist the temptations
i can do it!

(5kg in the next three week's is gonna be tough becoz of exams,. but i'll try..
next report due: 15 nov..)
