Its been quite some time since mcdonald's started putting the nutrition information of its food items on the tray mats. But today, Dearie decided to teach me about choosing the right food and all the other things about nutrition. Did you know that mcspicy contains 1310mg of sodium, which might put quite alot of pressure on your kidney? That amount of sodium is 3 times of 6 pieces nuggets. Surprisingly, 6 piece nuggets seems one of the healthiest food around, winning the deceptively healthy looking grilled chicken foldover in the energy, fat, cholestrol and sodium categories. Altho foldover has the highest dietary fibre quantity at 4g, but come on, that little amount of vege found, my friend who dun like veggies will remove them lo.. So.. For a low carbo diet and much healthier choice, u know what to choose at mac. But u r really health concious, try to lessen ur visits to mcdonalds. Wonder how Dearie keeps his abs toned despite his at least once a week visit to mc..
