i had a good nice chat with them
feeling good about having friends around..
the warmth..

because since school started a month ago
i've been pretty much alone
attending lectures and going home alone
lunching alone
pretty sad actually..

so today was a pretty nice time
and i felt i had two really good friends
where we can talk about anyting
because we know each other so well
and we have quite similar interest and ideas

be it having dinner and toking rubbish
or walking around citylink n comex fair
or the random j.co donut eat n chat
or a heart to heart cum current affairs chat at the other starbucks in raffles city
all the way into the night..
i felt good..

when was the last time i had such chance..

well.. i can onli hope to have more such instances to spend with friends..
and maybe go sing k
go do some sports
or shopping sessions
and mayb plan for a short hols..
like wat seems to be other "friends" can do..
why does it never happen in my life? lol..

maybe because i'm a hermit
still pretty much trying to lead a life of my own
thinking tt i have friends
but actually
most of them are juz "hi/bye"
and now i desperately wana come out of my shell..

yesterday (since its past 1am)
i campaigned at the Epiphany welcome tea
well well..
it was quite a nerve recking experience once again
although i've been thru so many interviews
and some idiotic campaign at last year's hall (greatly smelly) jcrc elections..

well..
my kind friend (read vinc)
even went to great extends to help me print and cut and paste little cards
and buy n pack nice little goodie pouches..
which consists of mentos n hello panda..
haha..

anyway
during the speech
i was "gibberish-ing"
because i initially had a mental prep
but up there, too tense
then juz say whatever came to mind
and many tings didn't come out..
hmpf!

just completed my 2nd Singapore Bay/AHM 21k
tiring..
but happy about my achievement
2hr 12 mins..
thats 1 hour 8 mins improvement from last year!

endless trainings
loads of boosters
healthy diet
and endless biahing.. mental torture.. and someone to push me all the way..

nex week will be nike human race
I've hereby decided to not rush and go for it anymore
the timing isn't important to me
so i'll jus slowly enjoy the run nex week
see the streetside performances
and the scenery on the way..

Its been quite some time i kept averagely long hair. I want to keep it longer. But the weather is stopping me from it. So...

Dun look so stunned when u meet me.. Yes. I'm still Isaac.. Well.. I cut this hair for 2 reason.. One, its too hot.. Two, someone wants me to have same style as him.. But due to the different nature of our hair, the same pattern of cut unfortunately doesn't look alike in the end.. Probably due to the shape of our faces as well.. The other reason, its warm. But after cutting, i feel that in school today, the weather is Damn hot.. Is it due to more exposure of the skin to the sun thus causing it, or that it is really hot today, or my clothes? Well..

:: know what u eat ::

Its been quite some time since mcdonald's started putting the nutrition information of its food items on the tray mats. But today, Dearie decided to teach me about choosing the right food and all the other things about nutrition. Did you know that mcspicy contains 1310mg of sodium, which might put quite alot of pressure on your kidney? That amount of sodium is 3 times of 6 pieces nuggets. Surprisingly, 6 piece nuggets seems one of the healthiest food around, winning the deceptively healthy looking grilled chicken foldover in the energy, fat, cholestrol and sodium categories. Altho foldover has the highest dietary fibre quantity at 4g, but come on, that little amount of vege found, my friend who dun like veggies will remove them lo.. So.. For a low carbo diet and much healthier choice, u know what to choose at mac. But u r really health concious, try to lessen ur visits to mcdonalds. Wonder how Dearie keeps his abs toned despite his at least once a week visit to mc..

my jap sensei made a dumb statement today
about piercing and earrings being two different things
and another student commented on
that a guy pierces his left ear
while a piercing on the right means his gay
another loud and vocal student immediately said

probably.. after so long... i feel the weird feeling of missing someone..
actually.. its been happening for awhile..
really..

since we got quite close (about four months back, when it was more or less on track)
each time we part..
i feel sour
how i wish i'm with him 24/7
even he is at his work (in local office)
i would miss him
and we will exchange sweet notings via sms..

then he went on his business trips around the world..
it hurts me every minute i can't see him
the daily Skype-ing is a necessity, not a want.
being able to hear n see him each nite was wonder.
if there was a day i didn't receive his sms/msn msg
i feel so awkward

and when he IS in town
the once (at least) per hour sms is something i wait for..
oh...

when i was staying over at upper east coast
every night was heaven while the days (as in day time) without him was hell
i miss him every minute
i had to go out for fresh air to try to keep my life in blance.. not exaggeration!

and now tt i've moved back
my sms bill will most probably burst
unless i switch to student plan soon..

because every moment

i don't see him and he dun see me
we miss each other

Huat ah! Being a resident committee member, i took part in my first national day dinner. Erm.. Quite un-atas.. Anyway.. Its national day tomorrow.. Huat ah! Will be able to see fireworks. And a good round up to the volunteering job that I've taken part since may.. Wat a long time liao.. Hmm.. Now listening to the vip talking.. Anyway.. I miss the opening ceremony for the beijing olympics.. Hmm.. Hope to be able to watch by the time the olympic torch reaches the Bird nest.. Huat ah!
